For customs brokers

Your clients’
certifications, on file
before CBP asks.

Clients claiming USMCA on Mexican goods must keep the certification behind each claim for 5 years, and CBP can ask for it with a CF‑28. We collect those certifications from your client’s Mexican suppliers, check them and keep one binder per supplier.

How an introduction works

  1. You tell your client about us.

Send them withafterline.com. We take client and supplier details from the client, never from you.

  2. Your client sends us its suppliers.

The same short form, under the client’s name.

  3. With your client’s written OK, we copy you.

On the binder, and on any US-content statements we collect.

We pay no referral fees and charge none.

The 9903.82.21 line
needs supplier data.

Under Proclamation 11032, USMCA-qualifying steel and aluminum articles on the Annex I-C list pay the 25% Section 232 duty only on non-US content. Many clients put everything on the 25% line because the supplier data isn’t there.

We collect each supplier’s signed US-content statement per part number and, with your client’s written OK, hand it to you. You do the split and file. We don’t verify the figures or prepare entries.
